Sacrum Navitas
In Latin, Sacrum Navitas, means 'sacred energy' or 'sacred life'.
The idea of Sacrum Navitas Healing Philosophy is to enlighten the general public to the astounding world of natural medicine and ancient knowledge. The goal is to empower and educate people to understand their own bodies, their own health care and their own minds, inspiring them to place their health in a position of utmost importance.
As well as health care, Sacrum Navitas works at building a philosophy of independent thinking, straying from the mainstream ideals of life and wellbeing placed on us in the Western world.
Sacrum Navitas practice stems from a four-fold philosophy, giving each element of the human experience equal attention; mental, emotional, physical and spiritual.
Here at Sacrum Navitas, we believe that in order to become your absolute best self, you must first become fulfilled on each human level. It is our job to supply you with the tools and knowledge to do so.
Through hands on health support, coaching and treatment, and mind-opening education, we work tirelessly to guide you to a place of physical wellbeing, independent thinking, empowered advocacy, mental clarity and spiritual understanding.
Clara O'Leary
is a certified Clinical Herbalist, Birth Doula, Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master, and Alternative Medicine Practitioner.
Clara began her healing journey at a young age, after struggling with a whole host of physical and mental challenges as a child and teenager. Her own struggles and negative experiences with standard western medicine led her to begin studying alternative and holistic practices.
Clara grew up on a farm, bottle-feeding baby lambs and taking pride in helping the vets care for her sheep, goats, dogs, pigs, cats and other furry friends. She helped her mother gardening, growing and making most of their own food and was instilled with a solemn understanding of eating properly at a young age. Her mother was a yoga teacher, and by the time Clara was 18 she had become an instructor herself.
After struggling with her personal health, Clara decided she wanted to learn how to treat herself holistically. At 19, she enrolled in classes to learn about Herbalism. Little did she know that she would discover she wanted to make a career out of herbal medicine and soon found herself enrolled in a three-year clinical program.
While putting herself through clinical training and teaching yoga on the side, she took a specific interest in the philosophy of ancient healing practices

and a growing uprising in medicine in America. Inspired to learn more and share her ideas, she started her instagram page @sacrumnavitas. She also began studying to become a Reiki Master, and obtained all three levels.
Throughout her years of curious exploration in the world of medicine, Clara discovered many interests and passions. One in particular, though, seemed to take the front burner...advocacy for womens health.
As a young woman herself, Clara was extremely disheartened by the care she was receiving when it came to sexual and reproductive health. And, after spending months speaking with other young women in her scope, she realized she was NOT the only one.
This led her to decide she wanted to become a doula. Clara completed her Doula training in 2024 and has begun to take on patients, helping expecting mothers to experience positive and comfortable births.
Clara's personal health struggles and life experiences lead her to not only find a passion in natural medicine, but develop a desire to help others. She hopes to continue to grow her practitioner repertoire and act as a vessel for natural medicine to change peoples lives for the better.
